Platform Rules

Rules | BCS CTF 2026

1. Do not attack the platform, organizers, participants, or any infrastructure outside the challenge scope.
2. No flag brute-forcing, high-rate submissions, or unauthorized automation/bots.
3. Do not share flags, solutions, accounts, or teams for unfair advantage.
4. Event membership cannot be changed or left after joining.
5. Archived solves affect personal rank only, not completed event scoreboards.
6. Cross-university or cross-organization teams may compete as student or professional teams.
7. AI tools are allowed, but participants must provide a write-up if requested.
8. Any rule violation may result in immediate disqualification.

• Archived challenge solves improve personal rank only; they never modify a completed event scoreboard.
• Organizers may publish additional event-specific rules and may restrict or disqualify participants from their own event.
